Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from EssayCrackers. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how it works. Our aim is always to make things right — often a revision fixes the problem faster than a refund.

When a full refund applies

• We couldn't assign a suitable writer to your order.
• We missed your deadline and the late work is no longer useful to you.
• You cancel before a writer has started, so no work has been done.

When a partial refund applies

• You cancel after work has started but before delivery — we refund the unworked portion.
• The delivered work only partly matches your instructions and a revision can't fully resolve it.

Revisions first

If a delivered piece doesn't match the brief you gave us, please request a revision before asking for a refund. Revisions within the original instructions are free, and they're usually the quickest route to work you're happy with.

When a refund doesn't apply

• The work matches your instructions but you changed your requirements after delivery.
• You're unhappy with a grade — grades are decided by your instructor, not by us.
• You requested and received the work, then ask for a refund without a quality reason.

How to request a refund

Email support@essaycrackers.com with your order details and a short explanation. We review each request fairly and aim to respond within one business day.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or provider may take a few business days to show the funds.
