Those sentences are true of every tutorial ever made, which means they carry no information and demonstrate no evaluation. The assignment is really asking you to apply criteria to a piece of instructional material, and it assumes you have criteria. Most students do not yet, in week one, which is the actual difficulty here. So decide before you search what would make an SPSS tutorial good or bad for you specifically, then judge the ones you find against that. The post is graded on discrimination, not on enthusiasm.
The second question — what specifically were you searching for — is the one that quietly determines whether the rest of the post works. If you searched for 'SPSS tutorial' you had no goal, and everything you say afterwards will be generic because you had no standard to measure against. Give yourself a real task first.
