The post asks what you did in the interactive media piece, which means the decision steps you applied rather than the decision steps the tool eventually reveals as correct. Those are different posts, and the second is far less interesting to an assessor. Record what you chose at each decision point and, crucially, why you chose it: what in the presentation pointed you toward that agent, that dose or that interval, and what you were watching for before the next decision. If a choice turned out badly, say so and say what the outcome told you that the initial presentation had not. That kind of account demonstrates clinical reasoning under uncertainty, which is precisely what these decision trees exist to develop, and it is far more defensible in a discussion thread than a tidy narrative in which every step happened to be right first time.
The second half is where the pharmacology has to be precise. The prompt asks how the administration of the associated pharmacotherapeutics may impact the patient's pathophysiology, which is a mechanism question, not a side-effect list. Work from receptor and system level: what the agent does to the neurotransmitter systems implicated in the disorder, how long that takes to produce a clinical change, and what else it acts on that produces the unwanted effects. Then connect that to patient factors, since the prompt frames the whole exercise around patient factors and medical history, so age, hepatic and renal function, comorbidities, pregnancy and concurrent medications all change how the same drug behaves. The closing question, how these impacts inform your suggested treatment plan, wants that reasoning to change something concrete: a monitoring interval, a titration rate, a baseline test, or a decision to choose a different agent for this particular patient.
