Two levels of question, doing different work
The two levels of research question are the whole method, and getting the relationship between them right is what the paper is assessing. A Level 1 question comes from the supplied lists and is broad by design — *what are the anatomical, physiological, pathological or epidemiological issues*, or *what are the statistical facts related to the issue*. It is not answerable as it stands, and it is not meant to be. A Level 2 question is one you compose, and its job is to narrow the first until it has a determinate answer: a population, a comparison, an outcome, a place, a period. Choosing Level 1 and then answering it directly is the commonest failure, and it produces a paper that surveys a topic rather than inquiring into it. A quick test of the pair is whether the Level 2 question could be answered wrongly; if no evidence could contradict it, it has not narrowed the Level 1 question at all.
The perspective you choose is a constraint on what counts as evidence, not a label for a section. The scientific perspective asks what happens in the body — mechanism, systems affected, cellular or genetic processes, chemical and biological factors — so its evidence is physiological and clinical. The mathematical and analytical perspective asks about magnitude, cost and distribution — economic issues, which economic theories explain the issue, the statistical facts, and which statistical processes give the best understanding — so its evidence is quantitative and its warrant depends on method. If you combine the two, say which question belongs to which perspective, because a paper that blends them without saying so reads as a general essay with numbers in it. Saying in the introduction which perspective each question belongs to also tells the marker how to read the evidence in the section that follows it.
The structure is prescribed and following it exactly is worth marks that cost nothing. State your research questions in the introduction. Form the body by answering each question in turn. Review the process and the resulting understandings in the conclusion — which is not a summary of findings but an account of what the inquiry did: which issues you started from, what the questions were, what the answers turned out to be, and what you understand now that you did not. That last element is the one most conclusions omit, and it is named explicitly. Use the provided template rather than your own headings, since a template supplied with an assignment is usually how it is marked. Following the four structural instructions exactly is worth doing even where they feel mechanical, because each one is a separate thing a rubric can check for.
The statistical sub-question in the analytical list is more demanding than it looks: *which statistical processes used to study the issue provide for the best explanation or understanding*. That is a question about method, not about findings. Answering it means saying what kind of study design has been used on your issue, what each design can and cannot establish, and why one is more informative here than another — a cross-sectional survey giving prevalence, a cohort giving incidence and temporal order, a trial giving effect. If your Level 2 question is quantitative, this is where the paper demonstrates that you can evaluate evidence rather than only report it. Naming what a design cannot establish is as useful here as naming what it can, since the question asks which process gives the best understanding rather than which gives an answer.
Two constraints shape the sourcing. Four to six scholarly, peer-reviewed resources across five pages means roughly one source per page and no room for padding — so choose sources that answer your questions rather than sources that describe your topic. And peer-reviewed is a real filter: agency statistics and clinical guidance are excellent for establishing magnitude and current practice, but they are not peer-reviewed literature, so use them alongside the required four to six rather than instead of any of them. Full APA formatting is specified down to headers, titles, abstract and page numbering, which suggests it is being checked. Choosing the four to six peer-reviewed sources after the Level 2 question is settled also prevents the paper drifting toward whatever the literature happens to cover well.
